At this time, we do not allow returns.  All items are made to order and once you purchase it, it is yours to keep.

At this time, we do not offer an exchange policy.  

If your item is damaged by the postal service, we will replace your product free of charge.  Simply send us an email with a description of what happened and some pictures of the damaged item and we will get back to you.


All products are made-to-order and made by two tired cryptid hunters, therefore orders can potentially take up to two weeks to ship out to you.  If that time has passed and you still have not received any shipping confirmation for your order, please send us an email so we can try to resolve the issue.
